Payments
The Animal Emergency Clinic requires payment in full at the time of service.
If your pet requires hospitalization, the doctor will provide an estimate for
the cost of services. You will then be required to leave a prepayment equal
to the high end of your estimate. In the event that your final bill is less
than the amount of the prepayment, the difference will be refunded to you immediately
or via check, depending on the payment method used:
-
Major credit/debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards bearing the VISA, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover logos. Refunds due on prepayments can be refunded
immediately to the same card on which the prepayment was left.
-
Cash
Cash is always accepted; however, refunds due on cash prepayments will be made
via a company check within 14 business days. This is due to the limited amount of cash kept on the premises.
-
CareCredit
If you want the ability to defer your payments, consider applying for CareCredit.
CareCredit is a third-party financing option accepted by many veterinary and human medical facilities.
You may apply for CareCredit at The Animal Emergency Clinic or online at
http://www.carecredit.com. When asked
to search for a provider, search for Puget Sound Veterinary
